1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdtk35 ("bdtk35", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bdtk35 website located at https://bdtk35.bet, together with all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by bdtk35 for breach of these Terms.

bdtk35 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bdtk35 may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to register and operate exactly one account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. bdtk35 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the player.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

You may be required to complete identity verification before making your first withdrawal, when certain deposit thresholds are exceeded, or at any point where bdtk35 considers verification necessary.

Documents commonly requested during the KYC process include:

Deposits are credited to your bdtk35 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment network, which for mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad is typically instantaneous. bdtk35 is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment provider's network.

bdtk35 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may levy their own transaction charges, for which bdtk35 accepts no responsibility.

6. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the KYC verification process satisfactorily.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by bdtk35 in writing.
• Any active bonus funds that have not completed the required wagering playthrough are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering conditions are fully met.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

bdtk35 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have self-excluded or opted out of marketing communications will not receive promotional offers.

8. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

bdtk35 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players in live casino games, poker rooms, or any other multiplayer environment.
• Exploitation of technical errors, software bugs, or mathematical loopholes in any game. Winnings derived from known or suspected errors may be voided.

Where bdtk35 has reasonable grounds to suspect that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the affected account(s), void related transactions, and retain any funds pending investigation. bdtk35 may report suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

9. Game Rules and Results

15. Governing Law and Disputes

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team must be escalated through bdtk35's formal complaints procedure. Disputes must be raised within 14 calendar days of the event giving rise to the complaint; complaints raised outside this window may not be considered.

bdtk35's decision on any complaint, made in good faith following a reasonable investigation, shall be final and binding. Players agree not to commence any legal proceedings against bdtk35 without first exhausting the internal complaints process.
